I've used this fly to catch some surprisingly large trout while fishing surprisingly (and often frustratingly) small streams. Trying to find where those trout were holed up was like hunting through a Where's Waldo? (or Where's Wally? for my British comrades) page looking for the proverbial needle in a haystack. The colors were obviously inspired by Waldo, too.
This fly uses the two-color yarn method as described here.
