How much is shipping?
It's free in the US and $12 for Canadian customers. There is a $20 minimum order requirement on all orders. We are currently shipping only to the US and Canada.
Do you ship to my country?
Unless you live in the US or Canada, the answer to that is currently no. We've had to reduce the countries we mail to due to Brexit and COVID issues.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can return an unused item for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. You must pay for the return shipping, and we will issue the refund once we receive the item back.
When will I receive my order?
It can take us a few days to ship out your order. (If we're traveling and will be unable to ship orders until we get back, there will be a banner across the top of the site saying as much.) We'll ship it via the cheapest method possible— expedited shipping is not currently available. You'll receive an email when your order is shipped, and that email will include tracking information.
We ship all orders through USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail. All US orders are ostensibly supposed to arrive in 3 to 7 days, and all international orders in 7 to 21 days. The problem is that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has been having issues lately. We've had a couple of recent domestic packages inexplicably take 15 days to arrive, and for most of that time, the tracking information was not updated. International orders are reportedly having even longer delays.
Once the package leaves us, we have no additional insight into or control over the tracking or delivery process. If your package is taking longer to arrive than it should, we apologize, and we ask that you be patient.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We're based in Idaho, and only Idaho orders are subject to sales tax.
